Modified Healthy@Harris Rewards Program
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
We are offering a MODIFIED program timeline and requirements as we align with our new fiscal and benefit plan years.
Program Timeline: September 1, 2022 through February 28, 2023
Eligibility: All active full-time and part-time employees and spouses on the Harris Health medical plan from September 1 - December 31, 2022*
Deadline: February 28, 2023
Rewards:
- Medical plan participants will earn a $100 per month discount on the cost of their medical premiums effective October 1, 2023 through September 30, 2024. If you have a covered spouse on the Harris Health Medical Plan, both you and your spouse must each complete the program to be eligible for the $100 per month in premium rewards. If only one person completes the program, then the premium reward will be $50 per month.
- If you’re not enrolled on our medical plans, and you’re a full-time or part-time employee, you earn a $25 Amazon eGift Card!
Requirements:
Step 2: Earn at least 500 additional Wellness Points through programs and activities (750 Wellness Points in total)
*New hires and newly benefited employees from December 1 - February 28, 2023, do not need to meet the February 28, 2023, deadline. Instead, they will begin at the start of the new program year on March 1, 2023.

To be eligible for an Amazon e-gift card for the Rewards Program (September 1, 2022 – February 28, 2023), you must:
- Complete an Annual Physical with Lab Values (250 Wellness Points)

Complete the MyCigna online health assessment on www.MyCigna.com (250 Wellness Points)
- Earn an individual total of at least 3,000 Wellness Points
Gift cards are distributed at the end of each month, and all requirements must be listed as completed in your MyCigna account at the time of distribution. Once you become eligible for a gift card, you will receive an email notification from Employee Wellness. The e-gift card(s) are sent from no-reply@hawkmarketplace.com.
The gift card levels are:

The Healthy@Harris team will be hosting a Livongo A1cHg Fair in September. We will be offering free A1c checks with our Cigna nurse for employees and spouses diagnosed with diabetes. This event is by appointment only. You must sign up in advance to participate. The A1c check is worth 50 Wellness Points on www.mycigna.com.

Saba available for Spouses
Spouses on the medical plan and employees can view recorded Employee Wellness classes, workshops, healthy knowledge seminars and group exercise classes on the Harris Health Learning Management System (Saba).
Spouses on the medical plan now have access to Saba to view Employee Wellness educational activities from anywhere with an internet connection. Follow these steps to add your spouse’s email address to Peoplesoft to ensure your spouse has access to all Healthy@Harris activities. Within 1 week after you add your spouse’s email address in Peoplesoft, your spouse will receive an email with their username, temporary password and instructions for setting up their new Saba account.

FEI has joined forces with AllOne Health, and as a result your Employee Assistance Program (EAP) now provides greater access and expanded services:
- Access your EAP three different ways—from our toll-free number, our new online member portal and the mobile app.
- Three additional services: Medical Advocacy, Life Coaching and Personal Assistant.
To access your new member portal, you will need to create a new account. Here’s how:

Grab your coworkers and walk or run the Hess Houston Corporate 5k! Harris Health System employees will receive 50% OFF REGISTRATION for the in-person option only through the registration link above. You can then show up at the start line anytime between 4-6:30pm on one of the event days.
Celebrate at the onsite, post-race party! There will be complimentary refreshments including free food from different local vendors, games, free massages and live entertainment.

2022 - 2023 Harris Health System Sustainability Survey
As a community based organization, it’s important for us to be good stewards of our environment. The goal of the Sustainability Task Force is to promote a culture of true sustainability across the system (from food and nutrition to logistics to medical waste) that reduces our carbon footprint and improves public health.

Livongo Diabetes Prevention Program

The Livongo Diabetes Prevention Program helps make living healthy and managing weight easier, with a smart scale, guidance on healthy habits, and personalized health coaching.
Eligible Members: The program is offered at no cost to employees, covered spouses and pre-65 retirees who meet eligibility requirements and are enrolled in the Harris Health Medical Plan. You may not qualify if you are pregnant or have a BMI that is lower than the program minimum.
All participants are expected to complete the weekly or bi-weekly lessons to maintain eligibility. Frequency of lessons are dependent on the stage of the program you’re in.
*If you are not qualified for this program, you may be qualified for the Wondr Health program.

Recreational Sports League
|
Interested in playing? Please check the Employee Wellness Recreational Sports Calendar for information on our upcoming Fall Sport offerings.
Employee Wellness offers a variety of recreational sports teams. Sports leagues are free to employees, spouses and children 18 years and older. All of our sports leagues are organized and run by our vendor partner, Sports Monkey.
All participants, including spouses and dependents, are REQUIRED to have a signed liability waiver from the current calendar year on file with Employee Wellness PRIOR to participating in any sports league. Please note since the recreational sports begin in 2022, all participants will need to have a liability waiver completed on or after 1/1/22.
Employees and spouses who participate in sports leagues will receive 20 Wellness Points per game they attend on www.mycigna.com. To receive 20 Wellness Points for attending each game, your team captain must submit their attendance forms in a timely manner.

Track Your Steps in the Livongo App

Ready, set, step! You can now track steps right in your Livongo app. Just open your app, select “Start tracking your steps,” and see all your key stats in one place. *No Wellness Points will be awarded.

Livongo and Free Diabetes & Hypertension Medications
|
Participants engaged in the Livongo Diabetes Management or Hypertension Management Programs who use their Livongo meter to test a minimum of 4 times per month will be eligible to receive diabetes and hypertension medications free of charge effective the 15th of the following month.
|
All employees and spouses enrolled in Livongo for Diabetes can receive free quarterly HgA1c checks. The checks can be completed whether you are fasting or non-fasting. It only takes 5 minutes to receive the test results. Our Cigna Onsite Health Coach will assist you in reaching the goal of improving and or maintaining a healthy HgA1c and managing your diabetes. Participants are highly encouraged to share their results with their doctor.

The Choose Healthier program makes healthy food more accessible to employees.

Cigna Healthy Pregnancies, Healthy Babies™ Program
|
The Cigna Healthy Pregnancies, Healthy Babies™ Program is a telephonic coaching program that involves speaking with a Cigna maternity nurse once a month throughout your pregnancy, and concludes with one post-delivery call. Call 1-800-615-2906 to enroll.
Employees on the Harris Health medical plan and their covered spouses are eligible to earn Wellness Points on their Cigna MotivateMe© page for completing this program.
