Our Be Healthy QC Resource Guide is a great, one-stop-shop for local programs/info (focused on Eating Right and Moving More)!

We've just completed a 3rd Edition, which includes specifics on QCTrails.org-- our site that details 500+ miles of non-motorized trails in the area. The Guide also provides various nutrition education and assistance resources, plus workplace wellness services.

Despite festivities, we know the holidays can be a stress-filled time, full of anxiety and depression for many. You're not alone. Reach out. Get the help you need. We want to Make It OK.
  • Get vaccinated as soon as you can (now available for kids ages 5-11; boosters also available) - visit vaccines.gov to find your shot!
  • Stay home when you're sick
  • Wear a face covering in public spaces (regardless of vaccination status)
  • Keep 6' of physical distance from others if you have not been fully vaccinated
  • Wash hands frequently
