MENTAL FLEX
It's okay not to be okay but talk to people and let them know what's going on - because people care. Embrace who you are and remember your mental health does not define you - it's just a part of what makes you, you!

Arbor Day Celebration at Red Hill Community Park
The City of Rancho Cucamonga along with CalFire, West Coast Arborists, Sustainable Claremont, hosted the city’s largest Arbor Day Tree planting event on Saturday, March 12, 2022. There were 2000 trees planted across 30 cities within the state as part of the Circle 4 grant. The city planted 66 trees at Red Hill Park with the help of various community groups including Girl Scouts, Boy Scouts, Options for Youth, among others. There were approximately 100 volunteers that assisted with tree planting and we were joined by the Master Gardeners and even had a local teen kick-off the event by playing the guitar which tied into theme, “Amplify our Urban Forest”. The city hosts an annual tree planting event to grow our urban forest and to teach our community members about the role trees play in our daily lives.
