COMPASSIONATE CORNER
“No act of kindness, no matter how small, is ever wasted.” – Aesop

This week make it a point to offer a friend, neighbor or stranger a random act of kindness. You'll never know the impact you'll have on someone's day.

Do you have a random act of kindness story you want to share? Please email them to [email protected]
COMPOST IN A JAR ACTIVITY
Did you know that food scraps that are placed in your green waste bin could be turned into nutrient-rich compost! Compost is made of decomposed organic material, and it's split between nitrogen - food like fruit and veggie scraps and carbon - materials like leaves, branches, and food-soiled papers. For a fun and engaging way to see this process in action, try out this Compost in a Jar activity.
