WELLNESS WEDNESDAY LIVE ON FACEBOOK

This fun and interactive class launches our first  #WellnessWednesday  online session!

30-minute class that will include a mix of strength, flexibility, balance and aerobic fitness. No equipment is necessary.
We will warm up together, sweat together and cool down together - all the while following the social distancing precautions and working together to stay active!  #SOOHealthyAtHome
