Employees can use the links below to schedule your appointments at the March 30th Health Expo. Biometric Screenings, COVID vaccines, and Airrosti Injury Assessments will be offered to employees at the Expo along with other health & lifestyle vendors to explore.

Nutrition Counseling – Our Registered Dietician, Lauren McGill, is available for phone/virtual appointments. Complete 3 sessions with the Dietician (January - September) and earn $25 in Healthy Rewards.

Tobacco Cessation 101


Tobacco Cessation 101 helps participants who are ready to live tobacco free. The City’s EAP vendor, ComPsych, offers two options to help you quit using tobacco products. The one-part on-demand webinar explores the reasons people begin using tobacco and helps participants identify their reasons for quitting. Discussion focuses on daily triggers associated with tobacco use, as well as strategies and tools to help set that quit date. Telephonic coaching provides personalized support with tools and strategies to help you become tobacco free.

City of Austin Mobile Health Clinic


The new City of Austin Employee Mobile Health Clinic is beginning to rotate to different city worksites. The current four worksites are One Texas Center, Planning & Development Center, Rutherford Lane Campus & Kramer Service Center. The mobile health clinic will be at each work site for one full week once per month.

Get your Biometric Screening completed at the new Mobile Health Clinic to have your health numbers for the Online Health Assessment.


How to make an Appointment


Cost

  • Employees enrolled in the City’s PPO or HMO medical plans may access the health clinics at no cost.
  • Employees enrolled in the City’s Consumer Driven Health Plan (CDHP) will pay $45 per visit (except for preventative visits) until their deductible is reached. After the CDHP deductible is reached, there will be no charge for services for the remainder of the calendar year.
