The Impeachment Circus Continues in the House
The House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence (HPSCI) held their first day of public impeachment hearings yesterday, November 13, and will hold another one tomorrow, November 15 .

Last week, HPSCI Chairman Adam Schiff (D-CA-28) denied requests from House Republicans to hear public testimony from the whistleblower and Hunter Biden (son of former Vice President Joe Biden) - so much for an open process!

Media Research Center Releases a New Study: Negative Coverage of President Trump Increases
In a new study, the Media Research Center (MRC) analyzed ABC, CBS and NBC coverage of President Trump and (a surprise to no one) it is overwhelmingly negative. What is new, though, is following the beginning of the impeachment inquiry on September 24, this coverage became even more hostile than normal. The Republican Study Committee Released
Part 1 of Their Health Care Plan and
Seeks Input for Part 2
Recently, the Republican Study Committee (RSC) released a Health Care Plan Part 1, A Framework for Personalized, Affordable Care. Here is the executive summary and above is the promotional video of the plan. The plan has received support from many conservative organizations, click here to read coalition letters and statements of support.

Building off the success of Part 1, the RSC now requests innovative proposals and policy ideas for Part 2. They would like to continue the conversation on immediate solutions to address the cost of care as well as a continued conversation about the future of health care. Submissions can be informal proposals and do not need to be in a particular format. Please feel free to include links to bills, articles and other publications. Proposals can be submitted by clicking on the button below.
