Maintaining Your Heart Health While Staying Home
Multiple measures have been implemented nationwide to halt the transmission of the disease including social distancing and taking Shelter-In-Place. This has resulted in limited access to grocery shopping and eating out for the majority of people.

Take Control of Your Heart Failure
Take an active role in your health! One way to do this is to understand your treatment plan and work with your care team to find solutions that work for you. View the link to explore a free resource from HFSA, entitled Taking Control of Your Heart Failure . This pamphlet is available in the HFSA Learning Center free of charge. Similar informational pamphlets are available in the HFSA Patient Tools page .

ALERT : Do not stop any of your medications unless instructed by your healthcare team to do so. It is important that you have an adequate supply of your heart failure medications and that you request extended duration of supplies and refills from your providers during these times.
