A poem by Stephanie Seaborne - a cherished resident Guest
Staring at the woman in front of me as she is staring back at me, I can't believe what I see. She is so beautiful; her smile lights up the room. Oh, how I wish it was me. I wish I looked like her. I can't stop staring at her. Captivated by her beauty I smiled at her. I closed my eyes to vision myself looking like her. When I opened my eyes, she was still there. As tears started falling from my eyes I noticed she had tears falling from hers. That's when I realized it was me, my reflection in the mirror. It was the me I've never seen. I can finally see all the beauty that lies inside of me.
