Volunteer Spotlight

Tom Vetrano

Hearts of Gold has many volunteers that give their time and talent to help us fulfill our mission. One of those amazing people is Tom Vetrano. Many of you trust Tom with your financial management as he has been in the financial services industry since 1987! For the past 20 years, Tom has been partnering with Arizona Public Safety personnel to reach their financial goals, diligently working to understand the unique aspects of their benefits and retirement system. In addition to his professional commitment to the Tucson public safety community at Vetrano Financial Services, Tom has a heart for giving back. In July of 2019, Tom began his term as the Inaugural Chair of the Hearts of Gold Foundation. He served two terms in this role and is currently still serving as the Immediate Past Chair. In addition to this, he simultaneously serves on the Board of Directors for the 911 Tower Challenge. Toms' commitment to the public safety community in Tucson both in his professional and personal life is admirable. His generous support of so many organizations that support public safety is appreciated by so many. When Tom isn't volunteering or working to help people achieve their financial dreams, he enjoys spending time with his family and traveling. So, the next time you see Tom, make sure to thank him for all he does for Hearts of Gold and the Tucson public safety community! We appreciate you, Tom!

Here's what Tom has to say about why he volunteers for Hearts of Gold:

"I have always had a deep respect and admiration for our first responder community. I consider it an honor to give my time and resources both personally and professionally to support our local law enforcement heroes and their families through Hearts of Gold."

Heartfelt Thanks Program
