Service Feature

As another busy winter season draws to a close, we would like to express gratitude and appreciation to our amazing customers for another successful year.

This season, our local GTA support team has worked tirelessly to provide installation, inspection/troubleshooting, and repair services to hundreds of sites, ensuring each location was left in a safe, functional state, ready to take on whatever mother nature has in store.

We are pleased to offer expert local site inspection and repair services for embedded snow melting systems; we highly recommend scheduling a proactive site inspection in the spring, to prevent unexpected delays and system downtime in the future.

Monthly Spotlight

This month’s spotlight is focused on our commercial manager, Ryan Gomez. For over 11 years, Ryan has been assisting TRM clients with the design, quotation, installation, and maintenance of their heating systems.  

Starting off supporting our field services team, he quickly learned the basic principles of cable construction and site preparation, before being promoted to TRM’s Commercial Manager position. Working one-on-one with engineering clients, and consultants, Ryan looks to provide innovative, reliable solutions, even when faced with the most challenging requests.
