Even many in the secular world in the United States are now aware that a solar eclipse
will pass through many "Ninevehs" on April 8, 2024. And placing its path across the earlier solar eclipse path in 2017 makes a cross in "little Egypt" Illinois. An obvious message from this is that, like Nineveh of old, detailed in the Book of Jonah, it's time for the United States to repent or face judgment.

THE APRIL 8 ECLIPSE & REPENTANCE
What are the signs of the times and seasons telling us? Is God speaking in the signs in the heavens?
The April 8 eclipse of 2024 and the American Eclipse of 2017 form a Big “X” over America which points to a coming judgment and call to repentance.
The Eclipse of 2017.
It entered the US through Salem, Oregon and passed over seven cities called, Salem. Jerusalem was once called, “Salem” in Genesis 14:18-19 and Psalms 76:2. This eclipse was a warning from God who tells us that the signs in the sun, moon and stars are to be used for signs in Genesis 1:14. The word for signs in Hebrew is “Oth” which means “warning.” This eclipse is a sign or warning to America to stand with Israel in what is to come. Now seven years later a second sign is given in the Eclipse of 2024. It is interesting to note that date April 8 or (4-8) is reflected in Exodus 4:8 as referring to a sign, “Then it will be, if they do not believe you, nor heed the message of the first sign, that they may believe the message of the second sign.” The two signs are connected.
The Eclipse of 2024.
This eclipse comes seven years after the Great American Eclipse of 2017. These two eclipses come primarily over America which makes them unique. In the history of America previously, there were eight such eclipses since 1776. Seven years after the 2017 warning to stand with Israel and the need to repent. In the April 8, 2024 Eclipse, the eclipse will pass over America over seven cities called Nineveh and one called Jonah.
In the biblical story of Jonah going to Nineveh the prophet called them to repent or face judgement in forty days. It is reported when Jonah came to Nineveh there was an eclipse on June 15, 763 BC. Forty days later would have been the Day of Atonement (Yom Kippur) which is the day of judgment. The repeated visitation of the eclipse over seven cities named Nineveh is a “Nineveh call to repentance” for America. Many are talking about this eclipse, but no one is talking about the sins of Nineveh and that God is calling for America to repent for these sins. What were the sins of Nineveh? The sin of Nineveh included attacking and taking the Northern Tribes of Israel into captivity to Assyria and exiling them from the land of Israel in 721 BC. Nineveh was the capital city of Assyria. When Jonah arrived in Nineveh in 763 BC there was an eclipse on June 18, 762 BC recorded by Nasa which was a sign in the heavens that caused them to hear the man who stepped out of the eclipse and was delivered to them by a whale.
Nineveh Repentance for today.
The prophet Joel tells us of the signs we are now seeing in Joel 2:31, The sun will become dark (eclipse), and the moon will turn to blood red (March 25 Blood Moon), before the great day of the Lord arrives.” He then speaks of God judging all nations in Joel 3:2 and tells us the reason for the coming judgment, “You have scattered My heritage Israel and divided My land.” (Joel 3:2). All of these reasons for judgment are now on display. The current leadership of America, along with Europe, since the October 7 attack on Israel are pushing for a two-state solution for peace in the Middle East which is based on Israel giving large parts of Judea and Sameria (West Bank) to create a Palestinian State which is in effect rewarding terrorists for their attack on Israel and guaranteeing more destruction on the Jewish people. Based on these signs, God is looking down from heaven and saying, “Do not touch My heritage Israel or divide her land. I am watching.” He is crying out to the earth, “Repent and turn back from harming this nation!”
Forty Days to Repent.
The eclipse of April 8, 2024, is preceded by a Red Blood Moon on March 25 which comes at the close of Purim this year. Purim points to Queen Esther’s call to pray and repent and seek God to prevent the destruction of her people. At this time, the enemies of Israel are crying out, “From the river to the sea!” They do not want a Two-State Solution. They want a One-State Solution in which there are no Jews. It is a call to genocide. They are declaring that from the river of Jordan to the Mediterranean Sea there will be no Jews. A survey shows that 85% of the Palestinians only want a One-State Solution where there are no Jews.
National Repentance.
This year the National Day of Repentance takes place on Sunday, March 24 in America. Churches will be encouraging their people to repent. This repentance needs to include the sins of Nineveh:

Repent for agreement in dividing the land of Israel and removing the Jews from their covenant land in Judea and Sameria. Ninevah was judged for what they did to Israel.

Nineveh worshipped a fertility goddess named Ishtar represented by the Statue of Liberty “Libertas” which is the Roman name for Ishtar.
- The influence of Ishtar in America/Nineveh.
The temple of Ishtar had both female and male prostitutes and had major sex traffic including men who dressed as women to have sex with other men. Unwanted babies were sacrificed on the altar to the goddess at a yearly ritual which included forty days of mourning for the death of Ishtar’s husband (Tammuz), a Sunrise Service, and Ishtar egg hunt and a ham dinner. The eggs were colored from the blood of babies who were sacrificed to Ishtar. Tammuz was killed by a wild boar. It was believed Ishtar raised him from the dead. The ham dinner was to celebrate victory over the boar.
- Bible Prophets warned against including the worship of Ishtar and Tammuz.
The prophet Ezekiel warned against the feast of Ishtar, “So He brought me to the door of the north gate of the Lord’s house (temple); and to my dismay (shock), women were there weeping for Tammuz.” (Ezekiel 8:14). The prophet was shocked to see this syncretism of God’s people keeping this pagan tradition. This Babylonian holiday is used in churches today. Churches in our day in ignorance embrace this practice. The day of Ishtar is called Easter. The story of the resurrection of Tammuz is transferred to Jesus. The forty days of mourning for Tammuz becomes the forty days of Lent followed by a sunrise service, an Easter egg hunt, and a ham dinner. All of these celebrations connect to Ishtar and are a reenactment of her festival that honors the goddess.
- Idolatry Enthroned in State Capitals.
Many state capitals in America have goddesses on them that are recognized and on display. Texas has Lady Liberty (Ishtar) on their capital. This idolatry opens the door to her influence of sex trafficking and child sacrifice. Roe versus Wade legalizing abortion started in Texas. Statistics show 313,000 people are being trafficked in Texas yearly. Of those numbers, 79,000 children are involved in sex trafficking. The eclipse of April 8 enters Texas at Eagles Pass which has been the site of the largest entry point of Illegals entering the U.S. Many of these entering as undocumented migrants are minors who disappear.
- Forty Days of Repentance.
April 8th occurs on the first day of Nissan which is the beginning of Passover Month. When a solar eclipse occurs on a Hebrew feast cycle, it means God is speaking to the nations. Passover is on April 22. Passover week is from April 22 to 29. Forty days after Passover week starting April 29 brings us to June 10th which is Shavuot or Pentecost. Christians see this day as pointing to the outpouring of God’s Spirit, but back up the bus for a minute. It is believed that God gave His moral law (Torah) at Mt. Sinai to Moses on Shavuot (Pentecost). The promise of Jeremiah 31:31, which is embraced by both Jews and Christians, speaks to God renewing His covenant by sending again His moral law, “Behold, the days are coming says the Lord, when I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel and with the house of Judah. I will put My laws in their minds and write it on their hearts; and I will be their God, and they shall be My people.” (Jer. 3131-33). Notice the promise is made to the House of Israel. Many Christians scholars believe that this outpouring of God’s Spirit on Pentecost. (Shavuot) is a fulfillment of this promise God made to Israel.
Nineveh repentance this year points to a call to return to God’s moral Ten Commandment law in America.
If we repent, we will avoid judgment, and like Nineveh, we will have revival and an outpouring of God’s Spirit. Many do not know that the Supreme Court in America overturned the Lemon Case from 1971 that kept religious symbols out of public places. It is time to restore the 10-Commandments to our institutions along with prayer and the Bible. It is time for America to turn back to God which includes removing pagan practices from our worship traditions.
The Signs in the Heavens Application.
These signs in the heavens warn us of God’s coming judgments if we do not repent. They remind us to examine where we are standing with Israel and to hear the Hebrew prophets of old. These prophetic signs have an “Israel First Application” to them. The signs of Joel 2:31 and 3:2 remind us that God will judge all nations in the last days. These signs tell us that the current eclipse of April 8 is not just about America. It is about where we stand with Israel, and what we have done to Israel, just as it was for Nineveh. Like Nineveh, we have forty days to repent leading up to Pentecost (Shavuot). If we repent and turn to God, we will also have revival and be spared as was Nineveh. It is time to repent and turn back to the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. If we fail to repent, we will have great destruction in America.
What might judgment look like? Leading up to the Civil War in 1860, there were several eclipses that took place on June 16 of 1806 and July 19, of 1878. Three months after July of 1806, there was a great earthquake on the Madrid fault line in Missouri. The general area preceded to experience more than 10,000 earthquakes in five months where the Madrid fault line is located. The first was on Dec.16, 1811 and was a magnitude of 8.1 on the Richter scale. The earthquake on February 7 of 1812 caused the Mississippi river to actually run backwards and flood. Sounds of distant thunder and loud explosions accompanied the earthquakes. This type of earthquake activity in our day would result in great destruction and loss of life. Luke warns that in the last days, “There will be great earthquakes and plagues in many lands, and there will be terrifying things and great miraculous signs from heaven.” Luke 21:11 NLT

I have a praise report: the more you, by your prayers and donations, help us put on days of repentance, the more the Bride of Christ is awakened. Much more has to be done, but the Bride of Christ IS awakening to the Lord's Gift of Repentance and to His soon return as our Bridegroom.
The March 24 zoom call focusing on national repentance in Australia, and another zoom call right afterwards focusing on national repentance in the United States, together have made the point that we are One Body globally, under Jesus' authority (Matthew 28:18). Giving participants time for private repentance with the Holy Spirit, old sin strongholds were removed (2 Corinthians 10:3-5). Together, almost 150 participated, from nine nations, across His planet. Godly roots began to be restored in both nations. (2 Chronicle 7:13,14). In the United States zoom, after national sins were repented of, a renewed Covenant with the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob was declared.
Untold others honored not just the Victories of Palm Sunday, and Purim, but also participated in these days of repentance on March 24, opening the door to their hearts and minds to the Risen Christ (Revelation 3:20), repenting privately to Him in their prayer closets. In so doing they also began to clean the Bride.

All this together has added to the awakening of His Church, honoring not just Jesus' Blood, but also His gift of repentance. Together, those participating also have underlined the Truth that He calls for a clean Bride; He is the soon-coming Bridegroom.

Here is His Call for a spotless Bride: " Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ also loved the church and gave Himself for her, that He might sanctify and cleanse her with the washing of water by the word, that He might present her to Himself a glorious church, not having spot or wrinkle or any such thing, but that she should be holy and without blemish." Ephesians 5: 25-27.
This matches the Truth contained in the Parable of the Wise and Foolish Virgins: Matthew 25:1-13 (amplified): “Then the kingdom of heaven will be like ten virgins, who took their lamps and went to meet the bridegroom. Five of them were foolish [thoughtless, silly, and careless], and five were wise [far-sighted, practical, and sensible]. For when the foolish took their lamps, they did not take any [extra] oil with them, but the wise took flasks of oil along with their lamps. Now while the bridegroom was delayed, they all began to nod off, and they fell asleep. But at midnight there was a shout, ‘Look! The bridegroom [is coming]! Go out to meet him.’ Then all those virgins got up and put their own lamps in order [trimmed the wicks and added oil and lit them]. But the foolish virgins said to the wise, ‘Give us some of your oil, because our lamps are going out.’ But the wise replied, ‘No, otherwise there will not be enough for us and for you, too; go instead to the dealers and buy oil for yourselves.’ But while they were going away to buy oil, the bridegroom came, and those who were ready went in with him to the wedding feast; and the door was shut and locked. Later the others also came, and said, ‘Lord, Lord, open [the door] for us.’ But He replied, ‘I assure you and most solemnly say to you, I do not know you [we have no relationship].’ Therefore, be on the alert [be prepared and ready], for you do not know the day nor the hour [when the Son of Man will come].
