---I am pleased to announce that Hedgerow has been selected by the Tennessee Housing Development Agency (THDA) to provide comprehensive utility allowance services in support of housing programs across the 95 counties in the State of Tennessee.
---Under this multi-year contract, Hedgerow will develop and deliver utility allowance calculations that meet federal regulatory standards and support THDA’s statewide network of housing partners, including public housing agencies (PHAs). These utility allowances play a critical role in ensuring housing affordability by accurately estimating reasonable utility costs for residents.
