• We have successfully moved from DEV7 to DEV3 instance. 
• P3 onsite sessions are occurring in August and September. 
• IT is working through Functional Specification Documents and delivering data extracts to the teams. 
• Value Streams are focusing on Sprint 9 and Sprint 10 RICE items and backlog.

• Initial HCM data turnaround and validation has been generally successful. We have completed 34 data conversion objects; 91% from Mock 1 are loaded with a 95% success rate on the conversion load into HCM. We will complete this process 3 more times to ensure that your data is accurate!    
• All integration calls are running on a regular basis, and changes for the 2022/2023 Benefits plan year (Voya carrier and Allstate Leave Management) have been incorporated into integration calls 
• We are excited to kick off SIT on Sept 12.   
• We are actively completing the training and communication plan to ensure that employees, managers and HR colleagues are well-trained and kept up-to-date on project status. 

• The revised CX Design documents are in process of review with the Astec CX Team. The design revisions reflect the changes necessary to properly integrate CX functions (sales opportunities, service requests) with the ERP. The build will begin once the design is approved, and is planned to be complete and available for the next ERP prototype build (P3).
• Five9: We have successfully rolled out in Franklin and Eugene and are continuing implementation at other sites. We are finishing up testing for Sterling & Man Rd. and the schedule for all remaining sites is in the project plan.  
• Documoto: the team is currently going through admin training. After completing training, the team will begin publishing content. We are also cleaning the data for Man Rd. and Sterling and updating the supplier key data conversion process to ensure proper routing of requests. 
• Dealer Portal: The new dealer portal will live on SharePoint and the site is in process. We are currently working on copying data from the current dealer portals to SharePoint. eVerge has been working on the design sheet for DCS based on the statement of work and will begin building, with full alignment with ERP. There are some questions about the capabilities of DCS so we are meeting with Oracle to identify gaps in needs/capabilities.
