Thank you to our Women of Aerospace Event Sponsors!
The Aerospace Industry Association of Michigan and FIRST in Michigan recently joined forces to create a fun and engaging virtual event for students, parents, and companies from Michigan’s aerospace industry. Any and all were welcome to participate and hundreds attended. Panelists included professional women across the aerospace industry in Michigan.

Women from companies like Calumet Electronics in the Upper Peninsula, to Array of Engineers in Grand Rapids, discussed opportunities that exist in the aerospace industry, inspiring the next generation of talent. Panelists from Michigan-based companies Woodward, Airspace Link Inc., Barron Industries, and Kalitta Charters also participated.

The event panels also included middle school and high school students currently competing in FIRST Robotics from twelve Michigan schools and FIRST Robotics alumni who are pursuing a degree or working in an aerospace or similar STEM field.

Thank you to all of our sponsors who made this event possible!
