The front of the garden store is all festive and fall-feeling, covered in pumpkins, gourds, cornstalks, mums and haybales. Scents of orange, spice and caramel float through the air as the rain patters down around you. Fall has finally arrived! Fanta has found The Great Pumpkin and delights in perching atop it.

Dedicated to spotlighting cacao farmers around the world, Moku handcrafts high-quality, bean-to-bar, single-origin chocolate from raw, direct trade cacao beans.

Moku’s single-origin chocolate bars each tell a different story, each with enchanting and unique flavor profiles. The use of goat's milk and a2 dairy provides a creamy flavor even though it is actually dark chocolate.

Sorted, roasted, cracked, winnowed, refined, conched, tempered and molded all in Philomath, Oregon.

We have a new nook in the garden store filled with delicious edibles (mostly all local). Pepperhead pepper jellies made in Portland, Coffman Farms honey from Independence, Garland's own line

of gourmet oils and vinegars, the new line of locally made chocolate

bars from Moku and a top quality line of soup mixes from Frontier Soups. Yum! Oh, did we mention the new line of specialty caramels from McCrea's?

Jason McCrea, Chief Caramel Scientist, has created something truly special. A scientist with a background in chemistry and an abiding appreciation for natural ingredients, Jason is a man possessed by

the single, simple idea to make the best caramel in the world

—nothing less. Flavors include sea salt, cinnamon, ginger, maple, rosemary truffle, lava black sea salt, single malt scotch and dark chocolate mocha.
