New! Philanthropy NY Fellowship - Applications Open - Attend an Info Session | Dates: February 12, 19, 26, 2021

The 2021 Philanthropy New York Fellowship application process is now open! This fellowship is a two-year, full-time employment opportunity for a recent graduate student to work with leaders across the philanthropic sector. This position is an opportunity to explore the world of philanthropy with a focus on what it takes to advance racial equity within the philanthropic sector. 
 
We seek diverse candidates, especially those that have been historically underrepresented in the field of philanthropy. Candidates should be completing a masters level or Ph.D. program in public policy, government, social work or related field of study OR recently graduated (May 2020 or more recent) from such a program.
 
·    March 19, 2021: Deadline for submission of application
·    July 1, 2021: Fellowship Start Date

The John D. Solomon Fellowship for Public Service is the first student fellowship with the City devoted specifically to emergency management. The program provides 10 graduate students in the New York City area with the opportunity to complete a nine-month, paid fellowship in an agency of New York City government or a nonprofit organization.
