At our Annual Meeting on June 12th, the PTO voted to re-organize from a school-level PTO to a Town-wide PTO which centrally represents the whole district and where after a new Executive Board was elected.

With this transition, we plan to further streamline fundraising, to centralize volunteers and all things requiring coordination, and to ensure we are best utilizing our time and resources while remaining focused on the students, parents, teachers and support staff across the district.

The PTO runs solely on volunteers, fundraising and community donations - we need you!

Being an active member of the PTO is doing anything from sending an email, creating a signup genius, coordinating picture day, volunteering an hour at the scholastic book fair or running a subcommittee for a season. Just showing up to a meeting with a great idea is a HUGE help - No job is too small to play a significant role as a Holliston PTO member!

More than ever we are in dire need of Grade-level Liaisons and activity / clubs leaders to keep our PTO-sponsored programs and events going. Grade-level Liaisons are newly created positions who will support the individual grade levels - click to learn more.

CORI checks are required for volunteering in the HPS. CORI checks are valid for three years. Bring completed CORIs to a school office with a valid, government-issued picture ID. CORI forms can take up to two weeks to process, so get them in well before you intend to volunteer on-site! HPS must perform CORI checks on all individuals regardless of previous checks by other clubs and organizations.
