May Volunteer Opportunities
Thank you for your interest in our volunteer opportunities! We have several projects that will be coming up in the next two months. For a complete list of our volunteer opportunities, please click here .
  • Yard Work: Mowing, picking up garbage, etc. through the end of June
  • Moving: Build cubicles for new office, move furniture into place at new office, and emptying the current office in the last two weeks of June
  • Thrift Store: Organizing and sorting clothes for the thrift store, packing the thrift store for the move, and unpacking and organizing clothes for the thrift store at new location
  • Writing Blog Posts: Share your parenting experience or advice, once or multiple times
  • Computer and Online: Work Researching grants and creating/updating contact lists, could be done once or on-going
Enrichment Programs
We are looking for people who would be willing to help run the programs. If you're interested in any of the following programs, or would like to offer something else, please contact Neil at 603-542-1848 ext. 311 or
  • Yoga, Tai Chi, Meditation and Mindfulness Instructors: Weekdays or evenings for pregnant moms, moms and babies, and toddlers to teens and adults.
  • Storytime, Crafts, and Music Enrichment or Playgroups: Weekdays for babies to preschoolers. One day a week.
  • Reading Groups: Weekdays, evenings or Saturday. For ages 14 and older. Groups could be separated into categories such as LGBTQ+, parenting, poetry, teens, etc.
  • Writing Groups: Weekdays, evenings or Saturdays. For ages 14 and older. Groups could be separated into categories such as LGBTQ+, poetry, fiction, non-fiction, micro fiction, etc.
  • Crafting Groups: Weekdays, evenings or Saturdays. For ages 11 and up. Crochet/knitting, quilting, etc.
  • Afterschool Drop-In: Afterschool for elementary to high school students to do crafts, music enrichment, volunteering in community, etc.
  • Tutoring: Help students in elementary to high school do better in school.
  • Support Groups: Peer-based groups for parents, grandparents, foster parents, adoptive parents, and teens. Topics could include parenting, LGBTQ+, recovery, weight loss, mental health issues, grief, etc. What would you like to have support around?
  • Film Screenings: Evenings and Saturdays. Evening films would be educational/informative. Saturdays are fun movies for families.
