2020 Culture Days in Saskatchewan
Here in Saskatchewan, Culture Days will continue to be an opportunity to highlight cultural activities and engage people from all areas of the province in free, interactive cultural activity. It’s an opportunity to find out more
about Saskatchewan’s dynamic cultural community – and inspire individuals and families to spend time, over the Culture Days, to find out how they can make arts and culture part of their lives.
Spotlight Story: Indian Head StoryWalk!
Describe your StoryWalk. Why did the community of Indian Head offer a StoryWalk as an activity? Our StoryWalk is set up along the Sunbeam Creek Trail which is a trail that runs through the middle of our town, the whole walk is about half a kilometer. What is super cool about our StoryWalk is that is a collaboration between a few organizations. This kit was lent to us by the Southeast Regional Library, and the library made this StoryWalk in partnership with South East District!

Indoor Sports Resume July 6
The Government of Saskatchewan has announced that indoor pools, indoor rinks and indoor sports can reopen starting Monday, July 6.

Restrictions regarding physical distancing, gathering sizes, and hygiene are still in place and are reflected in the updated provincial guidelines for sports and activities, found below.

Restrictions on large crowds remain in place and will be lifted during Phase 5 of the reopening plan, which will likely depend on the availability of a vaccine for COVID-19.
Saskatchewan Lotteries - Everyone Wins!
Sask Lotteries funds over 12,000 sport, culture and recreation groups across Saskatchewan. Every time you purchase a lottery ticket in Saskatchewan, a portion of that revenue supports a wealth of organizations in our communities. Subscriptions allow lottery players to play draw-based games – including LOTTO MAX, LOTTO 6/49, WESTERN MAX, WESTERN 649, DAILY GRAND and EXTRA – for up to a year in advance. Subscriptions can be purchased by phone, by mail, or on the Sask Lotteries website.
