No, actually, in person- We wanna see your face (its been a long COVID separation!) at the new Lotus Center at the home of Tom Landon.
The Oasis & the gardens are beautiful and ready for you.
Come for casual conversation, light lunch, laughter, and library time with ISD friends and members, and the Pastor, Diana Friedell. We will be POOLSIDE in the good weather, bring your suit if you’d like, and a dish to pass if possible. Please let Tom know in advance that you will be attending by emailing him, [email protected]. If you need directions, he will send them!
This just in................the spa is now available in addition to the pool.....just another feature of this five-star resort! So come, swim, soak in the hot tub, and enjoy the company!

Susquehanna River Renewal Kayak Trip w/Kimberly
Join a collaborative, co-creative effort to make amends for past wrongs, to give thanks and to connect with other high powers and intentions doing the same.
Calling kayakers who resonate with earth-keeping and who love spiritual/healing work to join us for a special opportunity on Goodyear lake, to enter a prayerful space and to do something to make a difference!
Come play, bring your kayak/canoe or rent one!
Rain or shine event time is Sept 18, 10am-12pm at Sillmans Cove on back side of Goodyear lake. We will gather briefly there on land and paddle to the center of the lake for the ceremony.
Advance registration is required, cut off for registration is Sept 12th. This is a free event.

A required class for the ISD Oneonta Healing Certification Program
Part I is presented by JoAnn Wormuth. From medicine man to priest-healers, she will introduce us to colorful spiritual healers, healing cults & their methods & beliefs about healing, through pre-historic times to ancient Greece.
In Part II, Diana Friedell reviews research that proves the existence of the energy body & the efficacy of energy healing and which hospitals offer it as a treatment modality.

ASTROLOGY FORCAST (Aug26-Sept1)
This month has presented us with a cornucopia of opportunities for personal transformation. The sky dance of planetary sacred geometry has been powerful in it's assistance. This last week continues that pattern.
Starting on the 26th, the Moon forms trines with 8 of the 9 planets, (including our Sun in that group), over the next week. Trines are powerful aspects, always positive, providing easy luck and grace.
The overall pattern of personal transformation by facing the shadow aspects of our soul continues. The last week features a day when a Finger of God formation, or YOD, involving the Sun, Saturn, and Chiron gives us one final invitation in August to transform our Earth life into a loving, soul driven, heart based experience.
August 30th the Finger of God formation encourages us to lovingly face our shadow aspects with the symbolic power of the arrow. Focused attention, with courage, is offered us to anchor in all of the hoped for improvements of self, and to leave behind all that no longer serves.
There is also a change of sign by Mercury on this same day that is of great benefit to us in the above endeavor. Mercury has been in Virgo, a placement which helps us "think well." Mercury will now join Venus in Libra. These two personal planets in Libra assist thinking and feeling with love, justice, and grace. It is a beautiful culmination of this season of the heart and personal transformation.
You will be able to succeed in things you have been working on for a long time. You have the planetary sacred geometry beaming heart-based transformation and grace down upon you. Remember that whatever increase in love vibration you are able to achieve for yourself naturally gifts itself to everyone through your emanations. You naturally broadcast that love! - The site of an 8th century monastery that was believed to be lost was discovered on the grounds of Holy Trinity Church in Cookham, Berkshire England. The monastery was ruled by Queen Cynethryth, one of the most prominent women of the early middle ages. Cynethryth, the widow of the powerful King Offa of Mercia, is the only ancient Anglo-Saxon queen known to have been depicted on a coin. Read the BBC article about this find Here.
- This week’s ‘feel good’ story is about pennies from heaven. Read This Sunny Skyz inspirational story written by Joseph Mazella about his personal experience with finding pennies. And make sure that you keep yourself open to the signs our loved ones send us.
- Evidence of two new massive dinosaur species have been discovered in the northwest region of China. The fossil fragments were dated to the early Cretaceous period, about 120 to 130 million years ago. Read about the findings in This CNN article.

Just a reminder that we are continuing our Prayer Warriors group, every day at 5pm we pause to pray and send our healing energies where they are most needed right now
Each day at 5 PM EST, we will pause for about 10 minutes and meditate and pray with the intention of sending healing energy to all.
You do not have to be present each day. Requests for healing or suggestions should be submitted to our Healing Program director, Jo Ann Wormuth at the below ISD website link:
