Development News
New Project:
  • The Factory at Franklin - Holladay Properties is redeveloping a former stove factory to create what will be a national model for adaptive re-use of early 20th Century industrial structures. Holladay's vision for the property includes leasing approximately 140,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space, 80,000 square feet of office space, and 30,000 square feet of event space.
Completed Project:
  • Winding Brook Industrial - The first of four planned industrial buildings within the Winding Brook Business Park in Ashland, VA is now complete. The 100,000 square foot industrial building was a joint venture development with one of the major land owners at Winding Brook. The project broke ground in September 2020, and the first tenant in the building celebrated their grand opening in October 2021.
In the News:
  • AmeriPlex at the Port has a new amenity - a section of the Marquette Greenway Trail system. The business park is home to two sections of trail that connect Jensen Drive/US-20 and AmeriPlex Drive/IN-249 to Deer Trail Park, a five-acre park located with AmeriPlex at the Port. The Marquette Greenway Trail extension at AmeriPlex was made possible through a grant from the Next Level Trails program. Continue reading...

  • Holladay Properties has closed on the sale of 2810 Bridger Court in Elkhart, IN to H & W Investments LLC. Ryan White of Pinnacle Properties represented the buyer in the sale, which closed on October 25, 2021. Continue reading...
  • Holladay Properties has sold the Northcreek Medical Office Building located in Goodlettsville, TN for $4.8 million to North 42, LLC. Holladay developed the 17,000 square foot multi-tenant facility in 2017. Continue reading...
Lease Announcements:
  • Barley Properties and Holladay Properties are pleased to announce a new tenant has leased space in Barley Properties' 65,592 square foot multi-tenant flex building located at 2650 Barley Road in Valparaiso, IN. Urschel Development Corp. has executed a lease for Suite 107, and will occupy 8,142 square feet.
  • Harmony Healthcare IT has leased two spaces with the 3454 Douglas Road office building in South Bend, IN. The healthcare data management firm occupies the 7,460 square foot Suite 150 on the first floor, and the entire third floor, which encompasses 15,327 square feet. Harmony held a ribbon cutting at their space on October 21, 2021.
New Contract:
  • Holladay Properties has executed four new facility management contracts with Murray Properties, an existing customer in Northwest Indiana. The new contracts are for four office buildings totaling roughly 141,000 square feet. Tiana McQueen, Property Manager (Portage, IN) will oversee management of the facilities, which are located in Portage, IN and Merrillville, IN.
Operations News:
  • The Inn at Saint Mary's in South Bend, IN welcomed Indiana's tallest outdoor decorated tree on Monday, November 22 via police escort. Three local TV crews were on hand to capture the special moment. Holladay will be hosting a public Tree Lighting event on December 7 at 6:15 PM. Continue reading...

  • Holladay Properties is pleased to welcome Shane Garrett as a Director of Engineering. Shane will be based out of Nashville, TN and has over 20 years of experience in mechanical and electrical engineering. Welcome to the team, Shane!
  • Holladay's Kansas City Management Team is excited to welcome Heather Borgstadt as Assistant Property Manager. Heather will support the local property manager for a portfolio of medical office properties in the Kansas City region. Good luck, Heather!
  • Holladay Properties would like to welcome Diane Stallings to the Minneapolis, MN team as an Administrative Assistant. Diane will support the local management team with day-to-day duties including various administrative tasks and tenant-related duties. Welcome, Diane!
  • Harry Tyce has joined Holladay Properties as a Building Maintenance Engineer. Harry is located at the Centennial campus which Holladay manages in Nashville, TN. Welcome to the team, Harry!
  • Holladay's Nashville, TN Operations department would like to announce that Amber Loper has joined the team as our new Operations Support Specialist. The Operations team ensures client procedures are followed and manage invoices, contracts, change orders, tenant overages and budgets. Welcome, Amber!

  • Holladay Properties is pleased to recognize Autumn D'Amico, Assistant Property Manager (Downers Grove, IL) for receiving the Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) designation from the National Apartment Association. The CAM credential demonstrates the ability to manage an apartment community and achieve owner's investment goals. Congratulations, Autumn!

In the Community
  • (Elkhart, IN) - The staff of Maple Lane Apartments & Executive Suites volunteered at Feed the Children in Elkhart on November 19. The volunteers filled 320 boxes of food to be sent to families in need. The group plans to return in December to volunteer, and try to beat the record for most boxes filled. Associates from Maple Lane also volunteered on November 10, cleaning up trash at a local park. They filled 15 buckets full of trash.
  • (Richmond, VA) - Staff from Holladay's Eastern Region volunteered at the Soles 4 Souls Virginia Donation Center on November 18. The six volunteers sorted thousands of shoes for the organization, which turns unwanted shoes and clothing into opportunity by keeping them from going to waste and putting them to good use.
