This month, we couldn't pick just one individual that deserved our Employee of the Month award. Instead, we've decided to mix up our monthly team recognition by highlighting a well deserving CREW!
Please help us in congratulating Pat, Zuriel, and Alfredo as our Crew of the Month! Throughout late November and into the month of December, they tackled a large project in Westfield, incorporating a large paver patio, pergola, firepit, and landscaping to surround our client's brand new pool. The design required a lot of attention to detail, and this team went above and beyond! This was also the cleanest and most organized jobsite of 2020, with Pat leading his crew to ensure everything ran efficiently. Thank you to this crew for their outstanding dedication to this project and to Property Pros!

For those cold, winter days when you need a sweet treat but don't want to move from the cozy, warmth of your couch for too long, this chocolate eclair cake is super delicious, easy, and quick! |

INGREDIENTS
Cake Base:
- 1 box graham crackers
- 2 - 3 oz boxes of French Vanilla instant pudding
- 3 1/2 cups cold milk
- 16 oz Cool Whip
Chocolate Topping:
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 2 oz unsweetened baking chocolate
- 2 tablespoon light corn syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3 tablespoon milk
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
For the Cake Base:
- Grease a 9 x 13 pan and line with graham crackers.
- Mix pudding and milk together. Blend in Cool Whip.
- Pour half of the mixture on top of the graham crackers. Layer graham crackers on top and top with second half of pudding mixture. Finish with a layer of crackers on top.
For the Chocolate topping:
- Melt the butter and unsweetened baking chocolate.
- Remove from heat and add corn syrup, vanilla, milk and powdered sugar (Continue stirring as you add the sugar).
- Beat until well blended and spread over crackers.
- Put in fridge and let chill for at least 4-8 hours or overnight to set up the cake and topping. Cut and enjoy chilled!
