CARING HEARTS CORNER

Welcome to Caring Hearts Corner!

This space is dedicated to keeping you informed about the needs in our community and how you can lend a helping hand.

Community Needs

Marsha Gregory is moving and needs assistance with packing. Special thanks to D.J. (Marylla’s husband) for stepping up to help her get started. Additional help is still needed—please let us know if you can pitch in.

Steve Trinward is scheduled for cataract surgery in early January and is seeking transportation support. He lives near the old Center’s address in West Nashville, and his surgery will take place at Skyline Medical Center on Dickerson Road. If you’re available to provide a ride, please contact Erica.

Dottie Uwaifo, one of our cherished practitioners, has requested prayers for her nephew, who recently experienced a tragic car accident in which several of his friends lost their lives. Please hold Dottie’s nephew and the grieving families in your hearts and prayers during this difficult time.

How You Can Help

You don’t need to be part of the Caring Hearts team to assist with these needs—any support is appreciated! Our team will meet the first Tuesday of every month from 6pm - 7pm via zoom where we will discuss current events and next team actions.

We’ll continue to share updates about our plans, member requests, and other ways you can serve.

If you are in need of assistance as a CSLN member or know of someone else from our community that is in need or has something to celebrate; please reach out to Erica Leeds at erica.l.leeds@gmail.com.

Thank you for embodying the spirit of care and compassion in our community. Together, we make a difference!

SPIRITUAL MIND TREATMENT

Laima Dickens, RScP

I know there is only one creative, indwelling Source that I choose to call God. It is the Source of all unity, love, and peace. This Pure Spirit is always open and responsive to all that is, for It is giving Itself fully in every moment. God is all-knowing and all-powerful, and God is all there is!

I recognize the Divine Love and Intelligence in everyone and everything. I am one with this Presence, and The Power of God is always within me. I feel this Divine Life flowing through me right now. I am an individualized expression of God.

I am a center in the Divine Mind, a point of God, conscious life, truth and action. My affairs are divinely guided and guarded into right action, into correct results. I open my heart and affirm that I live in a greater state of receptivity. Everything I do, say or think, is stimulated by the Truth. There is power in this word that I speak, because it is the Truth. I radiate love and warmth as a receiver of the Good that life is giving me now.

I am so grateful for the clear understanding of the Spiritual Truth of who I am, and who others are; Oneness of Spirit. I feel such joy to know that the manifestation of this very purpose already exists in my life. I celebrate the knowing of this beautiful and profound truth.

I joyfully release my Word into the Universal Law of Mind in Action, already knowing that my spoken word is the Power of God. All this good or even greater good has already been done. And so it is!
