The Montgomery County Hispanic Chamber and United States-Mexico Chamber of Commerce will have a joint Cinco de Mayo Golf Tournament with a performance from TWHS Mariachis.

6th Annual Texas Crawfish & Cornhole Festival

Saturday, May 6 12-4pm

Rob Fleming Park

The Rotary Club of The Woodlands’ 6th Annual Texas Crawfish & Cornhole Festival is a fun day of food and entertainment for the whole family. Free admission! The festival will be at Rob Fleming Park from noon to 4 p.m. with a range of family-friendly activities such as free kids face painting, balloon animals, and bounce houses, DJ, and compete in this year’s cornhole competition.

Dog Adoption Event

Sunday, May 7 12-3pm

Scooter's Coffee - 16551 Kuykendahl

Come meet and greet furry friends looking for their furever home at the Dog Adoption Event on Sunday, May 7 from 12 to 3 p.m. at Scooter’s Coffee, 26551 Kuykendahl Road, The Woodlands, TX 77375. 

CAMO is a 501c3 nonprofit animal rescue group devoted to rescuing dogs from high kill shelters and the streets.

Outrun Hunger

Sunday, May 7 12-3pm

The Lake House at Grand Central Park

The Outrun Hunger 5k Run/Walk & 1k Color Dash benefits the Montgomery County Food Bank. Choose from the timed 5k Trail or the 1k Color Run! The event will be held from noon to 3:00 p.m. at The Lake House at Grand Central Park, 1039 Lake House Dr, Conroe, TX 77304. Your registration fee provides up to 200 meals for those facing hunger.
