Message from CEO Advisory Network | |
Welcome to the CEO Advisory Network Newsletter!
When I stepped down as CEO of Summa Health System after 15 rewarding years, I knew I wasn’t truly done. Leadership is a lifelong calling, and in 2015 I reached out to a trusted circle of colleagues. The first was Frank Lordeman, former COO of the Cleveland Clinic Foundation and my longtime partner at both Meridia and Cleveland Clinic. Frank was instrumental in shaping the Cleveland Clinic health system into the success it is today, and together we took the first steps toward what has become the CEO Advisory Network.
Today, our team of 15 partners brings more than 400 years of combined healthcare leadership experience to support executives through one of the most complex eras in our industry. Our mission is simple: help leaders lead better.
This newsletter marks the start of a quarterly communication where we’ll share insights, strategies, and stories from the field. On behalf of all 15 partners, thank you for being part of the journey.
