IMPORTANT TRANSFER INFORMATION

Fall 2025 CSU & UC Transfer Application Deadline is December 2, 2024!

Apply before the transfer deadline!

Schedule an appointment with a counselor today if you are not sure if you’re eligible or visit the Transfer Center if you need assistance.

Visit the Transfer Center for a list of available in-person and virtual workshops hosted by the universities to assist you with the application. You may attend any of the transfer workshops.

What services do EVC counselors provide?

EVC counselors offer academic, career and personal guidance to support students' goals. Counselors can also assist students who are undecided about their majors to explore interests, skills and potential majors.

What is a Student Educational Plan (SEP)?

It is a personalized semester by semester outline of all the courses you need to take to reach your educational goals whether you're interested in a certificate, degree, and/or transfer. Students should schedule a comprehensive ed plan appointment when they complete 15+ units.

How often should I meet with my counselor?

The frequency depends on your needs. Regular check-ins are recommended, especially during your academic period.

For quick questions, please visit a counselor during Express Counseling (Monday-Thursday 9:00 am-3:00 pm).

For academic planning, career exploration, and other support, please schedule an in person or online appointment through General Counseling or your special program counselor.
