This floor was damaged by an incorrect stripping process using a floor grinding machine-- making the floor look dull and creating damage to the stone.
We came in and stripped the floor using Husky 707, removing the sealer that was just installed by another vendor. This took a couple of days (evenings), but Canberra was generous enough to provide the chemicals and Bob Lydy’s (Canberra representative) time.
We worked as a team to mop, used an extractor to remove the residue from the stripper and mopped several more times with the neutralizer, Husky 702.
Then, came the finish-- and what a shine we got! The Husky product filled in all the scratches and dried to a brilliant shine. (Husky 1026 Ultra Durable High Gloss floor finish)
This was a long couple of nights working alongside Bob Lydy, but we got it done and the customer was ecstatic! As I said, Canberra jumped to the plate and hit a home run! Can’t ask for better products or a better vendor to work with! 😊
