Boy we really knocked it out of the park for Texas on Election Day! I am so proud that we delivered Texas for Trump, held the TX House, didn't give up a single US House seat and re-elected John Cornyn.
Although we saw some serious gains down ballot across the country what it is happening to our President in some states is downright criminal. Most of us feel helpless watching the President's second term slipping away as votes keep being discovered for Biden. But there is a way you can help! The democrats are desperately trying to become the majority in the Senate and we've seen the depths they are willing to go for power. ICYMI - Michigan Press Conference |

In case you missed it, Chairwoman Ronna McDaniel held a press conference in Michigan to shed light on blatant irregularities taking place with vote counting and tabulation.

Below are some of the highlights that the RNC will continue to investigate:
- In Wayne County, Republican poll watchers were denied their legal right to monitor the election and purposely kept in the dark, both literally and figuratively, with poll workers blocking windows and pad-locking doors.
- There are hundreds of reports of our poll watchers being intimidated and unable to do their job.
- There was a major software issue in Republican Antrim County that we have concerns could have caused similar problems in 47 other counties as well.
- At the TCF Center in Wayne County, we have received over 100 incident reports of irregularities. This is a massive mail ballot counting center and we need time to go through these reports and investigate them.
- Here is an example of just one of them:
- On November 3rd and 4th, a whistleblower was assigned to work on problem ballots in the TCF Center adjudication center. A bundle of ballots, with no received date, were brought to the whistleblower.
- The ballots should not have been immediately counted because there was no evidence the ballots were received by the state-mandated deadline of November 3.
- On the morning of November 4, the whistleblower was instructed by their supervisor to take the ballots with no dates, enter them into the electronic record, and place either November 2 or November 3 as the date received, which is illegal.
- This Whistleblower was uncomfortable entering dates on ballots with no evidence they were received on either of those dates.
- Election workers became angry at the whistleblower and blocked this individual from the process
- The whistleblower stated that they saw at least two ballots issued late where signatures did not match. The other election workers responded with, “Who told you to look those up. I did not ask you to verify signatures.”
- Ballots were taken from the election worker and placed under the table, and the whistleblower was told to leave the facility immediately.
- We have heard other instances of election workers verbally accosted our poll watchers and refusals to let us challenge questionable ballots.
- Election workers were wearing Biden shirts and applauding when our poll watchers were kicked out.
- Of the few ballots that Democrat election workers did allow us to challenge, our observers say those ballots were then moved back into the regular pile after our poll watchers were intimated and pushed from the process.
- Finally, our campaigns also have not yet been able to view video surveillance of ballot drop boxes and have meaningful transparency over that process.
We intend to ensure that every lawful voter has their vote counted in accordance with the law, that observers are granted the access they are due under state law, and that any irregularities that have occurred – whether by malicious intent or incompetence – are investigated to the fullest extent allowed under of the law. Until then, we will continue to shed light on Democrats’ attempts to tip the scales in their favor.

Election Update
- Once again, the mainstream media got it wrong. The “professional” pollsters got it wrong.
- Buoyed by our millions of grassroots volunteers, Republicans turned out in record numbers to keep our Great American Comeback going.
- Republicans defied expectations and scored major down ballot wins including picking up at least 6 seats in the House and maintaining a majority the Senate.

House/Senate
- There was no blue wave as predicted by Democrats, “professional” pollsters, and members of the media.
- President Trump added to the Republican Party coalition by receiving historic levels of Latino, Black, and Native American voters.
- We saw historic victories in the House and Senate – a clear referendum on Nancy Pelosi, Chuck Schumer, and Democrats’ extremist agenda.
- We are confident that we will hold the Senate.
- In a Republican pick-up, Tommy Tuberville ousted Senator Doug Jones in Alabama.
- Susan Collins, John Cornyn, Steve Daines, Joni Ernst glided to victory.
- Thom Tillis maintains a lead in North Carolina.

In Senate races across the country, Democrats cranked up their cash incinerator to previously unheard of levels, all for no avail.
- On the House front, we have narrowed Nancy Pelosi’s majority and picked up 6 seats and counting.
- We have seen huge flips in our direction in places like South Florida, Iowa, New York, New Mexico, Oklahoma and Colorado, and are poised to flip even more seats.

So far House Democrats have flipped just two seats and they were guaranteed pickups created by court-ordered redistricting in North Carolina.
- Democrats have not ousted a single incumbent.

A record number of Republican women ran for federal office this year and so far the GOP has boosted the number of women in the House by at least 12 members.
- Every Republican candidatg be that flipped a Democrat House seat is either a minority, a woman, and/or a veteran.

Additionally, we flipped a gubernatorial seat in Montana, state houses in New Hampshire, and retained control of state houses in key states like Florida and North Carolina.

President Trump said in his address to the nation, if all legal ballots are counted, he will win. The RNC is doing everything in its power to make sure that legal ballots are counted and that the integrity of the electoral process is preserved. With your help in this fight, we will prevail.
Legal Fight Continues
Just last night, in a huge victory for election integrity, the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania sided with the RNC and the Trump Campaign in the challenge to Secretary Boockvar’s flagrant disregard of state law in extending the deadline for absentee voters to provide missing proof of identification. The court has enforced the proper statutory deadline and ordered that those ballots be segregated and not counted.

In states across the country, the RNC remains committed to ensuring that the letter of the law is followed. While Democrats employ illegal tactics to tip the scales in their favor, we are working overtime to protect the vote until the results are final

On the Ground Efforts
Following numerous incidences of voting irregularities, the RNC announced its legal teams are already on the ground in Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania to fight back against Democrat efforts to disenfranchise voters and ensure that every vote for President Trump and other Republicans is counted fairly and accurately as required by law.
Chairwoman Ronna McDaniel will be making press appearances in Georgia and Michigan today to provide updates on election integrity in these states.
On the political front, the Republican National Committee had already put deployment plans together before Election Day to move its resources around the country. With over 3,000 team members in battleground states and its staff in Washington, D.C., we are prepared with a team armed and ready to participate in any election contests or re-counts.
Volunteers are reaching out and are ready to participate as well. Following state-by-state guidelines, members of deployments and volunteers will participate in efforts to: cure ballots, poll watching, recount trainings, and lead volunteer trainings.
This election is not over yet. As long as we ensure every legal vote is counted, there is still a pathway to victory for this President.
President Trump will continue to fight for us, and we will continue to fight for him. If you are able to contribute, now is the time to give.
