The cold is here to stay. It is time to bundle up and stay warm! In this listserv, you will find information on upcoming Thanksgiving meals and toy drives. It's open enrollment time for Covered California. Families and individuals who need medical coverage, including health and dental, can register online for a health plan that works for them. Deadline for enrollment is January 31, 2024.

Homelessness Prevention Program

 

The Keep Oakland Housed program provides a range of services to Oakland residents, prioritizing those that have a household income at or below 30% or 50% of the Area Median Income and are experiencing a housing crisis. Services include case management, access to resources, employment/financial counseling, and health services. In-person office hours are available to those that may need help navigating the Keep People Housed application process.

The Growing Brain: Everyday Play

4Cs invites parents to a FREE online Strength in Connection parent engagement workshop. This is a 4-part English series in which parents will explore resilience and empowerment, social connections, competency, child development, and social emotional learning.
