Learning Series Event on Early Childhood Development

WithinReach hosted a community Learning Series event on the topic of early childhood development. As we heard from the panelists, the early years of development are incredibly important – and that racial and social injustices prevent too many children from being healthy and thriving to their full potential. The panelists talked about how to ensure all Washington families get connected to the resources they need, when they need them. Watch the video.

Fidelity Assessments for Improvement

Help Me Grow Washington and sub-affiliates submitted Fidelity Assessments to HMG National at the end of September. They collect the assessments annually to help develop their Building Impact Report, identify common priorities for training and learning opportunities, and facilitate connections between HMG affiliates in different parts of the country. Additionally, they analyze the data and provide an individualized report to each affiliate in January to help us gauge our progress toward implementation of the HMG model. HMG Washington staff provided support to sub-affiliates to complete the assessments, and we look forward to continued dialogue about how they will support continuous systems improvement.
Building Capacity Webinar: Innovative System Enhancements

The Help Me Grow National Center and Childhood Prosperity Lab are collaborating to identify and elevate innovative system enhancements and early childhood innovations that strengthen implementation, sustainability and evaluation of the HMG System Model. This webinar provides an overview of the National Center’s innovation strategy, describes the role of the Childhood Prosperity Lab, and identifies how affiliates can share about their innovative system enhancements.
