The White House Budget Eliminates Funding for Afterschool
The White House has just unveiled their budget priorities - and the plan singles out afterschool funding for elimination.
Please take two minutes to tell your representatives in Congress to stand up for America's children, families, and afterschool options.

Complete elimination of Community Learning Centers funding will affect over 14,000 students in Oregon, leaving parents without reliable afterschool options and dozens of communities without the support they need. We can't let that happen
Congress will determine whether local Oregon afterschool and summer learning programs remain open, reduce their services, or close their doors. If the 21st Century Community Learning Centers (CCLC) initiative is eliminated, many programs will not survive.  Learn More about Afterschool Needs in Oregon.

With your help, it's possible to persuade Congress to protect afterschool choices again.

Take Action Now!

Call or Email Congress. Help share your story about why afterschool & 21st CCLC matters to your community.
