Invest Elk Grove

The City of Elk Grove is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to develop our first-ever Arts and Creative Economy Strategy. This strategy will guide the City’s investment in arts, culture, and creative industries, building on Elk Grove’s unique character and shaping a vibrant future for our community.


The selected consultant will work closely with City staff, the Arts and Creative Economy Commission, local stakeholders, and community members to identify opportunities, set priorities, and craft a clear roadmap that supports artists, fosters innovation, and strengthens Elk Grove’s creative economy.
