Help Shape Our New Mentoring Program – 5-Minute Survey

Greetings!

The Board is exploring the creation of a group mentoring program to support career development and knowledge-sharing within our fixed income community. Before moving forward, we want to hear directly from you.

We've put together a brief survey to gauge interest in participating as either a mentor or a mentee, and to understand what topics, formats, and time commitments would make the program most valuable to you. The survey should take about 5 minutes to complete.

We would appreciate your response by Labor Day, Sept 7th. Your input will directly inform whether we launch this program and how it is designed, so we encourage you to participate whether you're interested in mentoring, being mentored, or simply want to share your perspective.
