WE NEED YOUR HELP!
Many of us have loved ones, neighbors and/or friends who have been greatly affected by Hurricane Sandy. These people have lost so much and we at La Casita would like to help them during this desperate time of need.
If anyone would like to donate handmade items, now is a great time to use all of that stash yarn you've been staring at for months! Blankets, hats, scarves, socks, gloves/mittens, etc will help keep those in need warm during the winter season.
For those who would like to contribute, but do not have enough yarn at home, we will be offering 10% off yarn, only to be used toward a donated item.
We will also be extending our 2 for 1 drink specials for an entire week, with all proceeds from your second drink going toward the Restore Red Hook organization, www.restoreredhook.org which supports all small businesses in Red Hook. So drink up!
