Words of Encouragement
Greetings in Jesus Christ!
We made much of Jesus as we worshiped yesterday, but as the new week begins, we’re not done with making much of Jesus… or our worship. I encourage you to make time for worship each day by setting aside intentional time with God. This prayer format may be helpful: Acknowledge God’s greatness and power. Name your need for God to be God in your life as you confess your brokenness. Give thanks for the ways that God has been and is at work in your life, our church, and the world around you. Remember those who are in need of help and healing and commit to a way of doing good for them. As always, be someone else’s blessing this week by affirming and encouraging them.  Please send me an email to let me know how you’re worshiping this week. It’s a great opportunity to grow in your faith and draw closer to Jesus.
Grace & Peace,
Rev. David Eardley

All Church Study
Courage: Jesus Christ and the Call to Brave Faith
Join us for this engaging all church study by participating in a small group and reading this great book. Courage is the foundational virtue for the Christian life. Pastor and author Tom Berlin challenges us to unlock the courage that we already possess as Jesus followers. By examining Jesus’ life, we will begin to understand what true courage is and how God works in the lives of Jesus followers as they exhibit a brave faith. You may purchase a book for $13. Contact Rachel Henry for information and to sign up for a small group!
