We’re excited to invite you to take part in the launch of a brand new initiative that connects the wisdom and experience of our community with the dreams and aspirations of the next generation.

It’s called Gesher L’Kesher — Bridge to Connection.

The goal is simple but powerful: to help our high school juniors and seniors, college students, and recent grads explore career paths, ask real-world questions, and gain confidence, by connecting them with members like you.

This isn’t about mentorship in the formal sense. It’s about opening a door, offering a conversation, or sharing a bit of your personal journey. Whether it’s a 30-minute chat about your field, a tip about a summer internship, or simply encouraging words from someone who's been there — your insight could make all the difference.

If ANY of the following sounds like you:

• You're open to talking with a curious, motivated young adult from CSR
• You’re happy to share professional advice or do a quick informational interview
• You’re willing to tap your network to help launch the career of a fellow community member
