Help ease the suffering of the Ukrainian People

“Beloved. Maybe you are waiting until war reaches your doorstep before caring further. War anywhere in the world is already on your doorstep." - Jaiya John

Dearest Friends,
There is hardly anything we can say about the state of our world that we’re sure you haven’t already heard, except that our hearts are breaking along with yours. -- We wanted to pass along just some of the organizations, culled from a variety of trusted sources, that are working to ease the suffering of the Ukrainian people. If you are so moved, a donation of any size will help them do their work.

International Rescue Committee (“Our teams are already on the ground in Poland, and working with our local partners in both Poland and Ukraine.”) - https://www.rescue.org/article/ukraine-russia-crisis-what-happening

Together Rising (“Together Rising transforms collective heartbreak into effective action… Through our partnership with World Jewish Relief, Ukrainian people of all religious backgrounds will now get the food, cash, and medical and psychological support they need.”) - https://togetherrising.org/ukraine/

Global Giving ( providing assistance to “affected communities in Ukraine, with a focus on the most vulnerable, including children, who need access to food, medical services, and psychosocial support.") - https://www.globalgiving.org/projects/ukraine-crisis-relief-fund/

World Central Kitchen (“WCK responds to natural disasters, man-made crises, and humanitarian emergencies around the world. We're a team of food first responders mobilizing with the urgency of now to get meals to the people who need them most.”) - https://wck.org/

There are many more organizations mobilizing – these are just a few. Some are small, some are large (and this is the kind of crisis that needs large organizations who can mobilize vast amounts of resources). We encourage you to use this list as a starting point, and/or to seek out other trusted sources for information on how you can help your fellow world citizens caught in this horrendous situation. When it seems like there is heart breaking little we can do, supporting these types of organizations is something that WILL make a difference.
