A MESSAGE FROM MAYOR KLING
As daily incidence rates edge upward, it's a reminder to remain vigilant and not let our guard down. Our local health care providers are holding their breath, hoping that we don't see a huge spike in the coming weeks. Let's all do our part to keep our businesses and schools open and remain healthy.

NEW! Please watch the below video and click here to take the One Idaho pledge.

-Mayor Debbie Kling
Thank you to the following businesses for their support in the video, in order of appearance:
Idaho Press, Jalapenos, Mustard Seed Home Decor, Stella's Ice Cream, Nampa Chamber of Commerce and Materne.
The City of Nampa has partnered with the Nampa Chamber of Commerce, One Idaho and the Idaho Press to continue support for our local businesses.

Our latest efforts include a short video and poster for our businesses to display, encouraging customers to help keep businesses open and remain healthy through the coronavirus pandemic.

The poster (left) can be picked up at the Nampa Chamber of Commerce or the Mayor's office at Nampa City Hall.

The Nampa Chamber of Commerce has graciously agreed to be a one-stop shop for all local businesses, and has a variety of other resources including free masks, hand sanitizer and COVID-19 related signs in English and Spanish.

Please show your support for our community by taking the One Idaho pledge at one.idaho.gov.

The City of Nampa Small Business Grant still has funds available to help businesses due to COVID-19 expenses. The deadline to submit applications is October 30, 2020 at 5:00 PM.

The City of Nampa is utilizing a portion of its CARES Act allocation to provide grants to small businesses that meet certain qualifying criteria. The Small Business Grant will be provided to small businesses with average awards to individual applicants ranging from $10,000 to $15,000. Businesses need to apply for the program by October 30 but can submit reimbursement for necessary expenditures related to the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) and costs incurred between June 20, 2020 through December 2, 2020. Through this program, the City of Nampa hopes to support our small businesses that have been greatly impacted by the pandemic.

All program guidelines and more qualifying criteria are available at cityofnampa.us/nampasmallbusinessgrant. For questions, please contact Robyn Sellers by emailing sellersr@cityofnampa.us or by calling (208) 468-5416.

Many families can’t afford the Club’s fees, and those are the ones that need the Club’s educational programs and after school safe space the most - that’s where our community comes in!
