Roofing Prices are Projected to Increase in 2022

In Oakland County, Michigan, there will be a considerable cost increase to replace your roof in 2022. This last year alone, roofing contractors have seen a 5% - 10% increase in material costs. The manufacturers of roofing products have informed us that this will be the upcoming trend. Many of the price increase in roofing materials is from the rise in crude oil and the shipping delays. With no real solution in sight, it equates to raising our prices in 2022.
