This survey will have a big impact to help us better understand how to improve the Mole Valley Chamber and it's offerings to support and elevate your business or organisation.

We have asked students from the University of West London to conduct this confidential member satisfaction survey* on behalf of the Board of the Mole Valley Chamber of Commerce.

You may have already seen mention of this in the recent newsletter or on the Mole Valley Chamber’s website/social media. The survey should take about 5-10 minutes to complete.

This study has been reviewed and received ethics clearance from the Board of the Mole Valley Chamber of Commerce. Should you have any comments or concerns resulting from your participation in this study, please contact the Chamber via the normal channels as available on their website. 

All personal information, including your name, address, and survey answers will be kept strictly confidential and will not be shared with any person or group that is not associated with this study. Your participation is voluntary, and you may refuse to answer any or all the questions you do not wish to answer.

The data collected from this study will be summarized and no individual person or business will be knowingly identifiable from the summarised results. Responses to questions may be quoted, but without identifying the individual source. If the answer in someway identifies an individual or business, it will not be quoted.
