Reality hits hard when you hear the news coming out of New York and beyond. It's hard to adjust to the #newnormal no matter where you live.

Our students come from 28 states and 6 countries, and we're always thinking about them. Do they have what they need to make remote instruction work? Are they able to focus on their studies with the health and economic crisis going on around them? How can we help them even more?
Thanks to a lead gift from the Virginia Foundation of Independent Colleges (VFIC), we have created the VWU Student Life and Learning Fund to address the most pressing needs of our students during COVID-19 and beyond.

We've already tapped into these funds to purchase Chromebooks and WiFi routers for students who need them. We'll do everything we can to position our students for success regardless of where or how instruction occurs.

But we need your help, too.

By supporting the VWU Student Life and Learning Fund, you are helping to minimize the financial impact the COVID-19 crisis is having on our students and our University as a whole.
Thank you for your support! Our students are counting on you.
Stay up-to-date with our COVID-19 response and tune in to our next Town Hall meeting
with President Scott D. Miller on Wednesday, April 8.
