Last year, we launched the Leonid Ostrovsky Lending Fellowship to identify and support a talented young person eager to learn about small business lending. Our inaugural Fellow, Ivan Momin, exceeded every expectation. His insight, dedication to our mission, and remarkable ability to learn quickly impressed us so much that we were delighted to invite him to join our team as a permanent staff member.

The Fellowship was created in honor of Leonid Ostrovsky, who was part of Accompany Capital from the very beginning. A true community builder, Leonid believed deeply in the power of CDFIs to create lasting change. His unwavering commitment to his clients -- and his conviction we should support them on their entrepreneurial journeys -- inspired us to add the word “Accompany” to our name.
