Come meet Owner and Executive Chef Jeff Fisher, and his team, and learn the history and future plans for Jeff's culinary masterpieces. Jeff Fisher's introduction to the restaurant industry began at a young age while cooking with his mother in their home kitchen in Kingston, New Hampshire, using produce grown in their family garden. Jeff was hooked and continued to excel in the industry through various positions in the kitchen throughout his young adult life. While attending Ohio's own Ashland University, Jeff choose to continue to follow his love for fine dining, and the culinary world by working at the local country club as a Sous Chef. After college Jeff decided to pursue his passion for the culinary arts with Executive Chef positions at local fine dining establishments such as Johnny's, Sushi Rock, Snickers, Martini's, Touch Supper Club, and Crust. In addition Jeff has also been a personal chef, caterer, and has done extensive restaurant and menu consulting while cooking for some of the most prestigious chefs in the country and world, such as Chicago's own Charlie Trotter, world renowned Spanish Chef, Ferran Adria Acosta, and the former Executive White House Chef, Walter S. Scheib III. 
 
During his last consulting project, Jeff led the way to form the concept of Crust, the artisan pizza shop in the Tremont and Downtown Ohio areas, where they were nominated for numerous awards including best pizza, best desert, and best sub sandwich in Ohio. In his latest endeavor, Jeff Fisher will indulge you with his repertoire of delicacies at his own Artisanal Pizza establishment, Salted Dough, in the heart of Broadview Heights.
