Greetings!

Our world has changed and there is a lot of fear and confusion about the COVID-19 virus!

Over the past weeks, many clients have been asking “What can I do to naturally protect myself and my family?”

1.      Do take it seriously
2.      Do not panic
3.      Do be pro-active
Coronavirus Facts & Risks
Based on observed conditions in other countries, at this time, the Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC) has assessed the public health risk associated with COVID-19 as low for the general population in Canada, this can change rapidly.

While in coming weeks some may catch the virus, like the common flu, a majority will experience slight to moderate effects though there is an increased risk of more severe outcomes for Canadians who are:

  • aged 65 and over
  • with compromised immune systems
  • with underlying medical conditions

Do use trusted sources for accurate information:
Canadian Government for up-to-date guidance:
Google “canada.ca coronavirus”

Do be cautious of social media / chain email claims:
Example: You may have received an email referencing Stanford University guidelines, it is a verified hoax chain letter. Their actual information is
Google “stanford.edu covid-19”
What I am doing for my family (staff and clients)

Encouraging the basics:

  • Wash hands often with soap and hot water (>20 seconds)
  • If soap and water are not available, use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer
  • Avoid touching eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands
  • Don’t share personal items, food or drinks
  • Clean and disinfect shared surfaces and objects that are touched frequently
  • Avoid close contact with anyone with cold or flu-like symptoms
  • Avoid large gatherings & practice social distancing

Recommending a proactive everyday approach focusing on:

  • Prioritizing rest / sleep
  • Optimized nutrition by eating very clean and minimizing “sugar” foods
  • Staying well hydrated (plus my wonderful NSP Chlorophyll water)
  • Fresh air and practicing deep breathing
  • Keep mobility through exercise, walking, yoga, etc.
  • Meditation
  • Laughter (don’t lose your sense of humour)
Help Your Immune System Do Its Job
Beyond the many essentials recommended by the various health organizations, the single best way I know to diminish the risks of getting sick is to keep the immune system strong.

Here is a simple program I’ve used successfully over the years for my family and clients to fight a wide spectrum of pathogens. Results can vary depending on your current level of health. For some, while it may keep the invaders at bay whereas others might experience some symptoms though usually, they will experience fewer or less severe effects, and recover faster.

The 30-Day Super Immune Pak includes HRP-C, Olive Leaf and SilverGuard to target the immune system and I suggest adding AL-J for enhanced respiratory system support.

Call (905) 828-5000 if you’d like to pre-order or want more information.
As we have since 1994, we continue to serve our clients in person, by phone and also by Skype and Zoom.

Here at Healthy You Naturally we continue to monitor the situation closely and are following the latest guidance from local, provincial and federal health authorities to ensure that our wellness practice is aligned with the latest recommendations.

Please be safe and don’t hesitate to contact us at any time.

Healthy Regards,
