Your Narragansett School System Guide
A Reminder from the District

This week begins a new chapter in learning and exploration here in Narragansett. Thanks to our teachers, administrators, and support staff who have worked tirelessly to create an engaging and results-driven virtual learning program for all three of our schools, we were able to launch it district-wide today.

We would also like to thank the parents and families in our school community who have worked with us and continue to support our efforts. This makes all the difference in the success of our tools and we look forward to experiencing with you a time of learning and growing as we navigate these uncharted waters together.

We wish you continued health while practicing social distancing and hope the below information will be helpful as we continue through the week.

Helpful FAQs

We continue to gather information for our school community as we navigate this situation together.

We have received questions throughout the week from parents and students, and have created a “frequently asked questions” page on our website which shares information regarding tech support, breakfast/lunch availability, special education support, internet access, and other important details. The site may be accessed by clicking the button below.

If you have additional questions, please email communications@nssk12.org and we will respond as soon as we can.

Tech Issues

If you are experiencing technical issues with your school-issued laptop, please email techsupport@nssk12.org or call 401-284-4951 from 8am-3pm to reach our tech support team who will try to assist in and troubleshoot any issues you may be having.

If the issue cannot be resolved, we will schedule a time for the student to come in. No one can come in without an appointment. We will be scheduling appointments in 15-minute blocks, enabling us to practice social distancing while assisting those with technical needs.
