Dear Generations Incorporated Volunteers,

We're a little over a week into our temporary program suspension, and we recognize that life has changed pretty quickly and considerably for us all. While we may be increasing our physical distance to "flatten the curve", we want to make sure our social and community connections stay strong.

We've put together some resources that may be helpful during this time. From access to monetary resources to suggested reading lists to free educational, fitness, and cultural courses or videos, our hope is that these ideas help ease some of the uncertainty associated with altering our regular routines.

As we all endeavor to stay hopeful in the days and weeks ahead, perhaps we can explore some of the things we seldom make time for in the hustle and bustle of daily life: reflecting about ourselves and our world, learning a new skill or hobby, reading an inspiring book, or taking in an amazing performance or work of art virtually.

If any of those grab your interest, read on...in the meantime, please continue taking care of yourself and each other.

With Gratitude,
Your Generations Incorporated Community
