FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS and answers to help make your experience as pleasant as possible.
What time to do the doors open?
Main doors open 90 minutes prior to the show; seating begins 30 minutes prior to the show. Memorial Hall is located at 83 Court Street; the main entrance is on Court Street.
Where do I park?
Give yourself plenty of time to park.
Parking is available on Court Street, Memorial Drive, Water Street, and in the lot behind Memorial Hall. See

Which entrance is best for handicapped access?
The side entrance on Memorial Drive offers direct elevator access.
How long is the concert?
Holiday Pops concerts are approximately 2 hours and include a 15 minute intermission.
How do I participate in the toy drive?
All are invited to bring a new, unwrapped toy for the Children's Holiday Fund and participate in our
March of the Toys parade.
Will concessions be available for purchase?
There will be a full bar located on the first two levels of the hall. For Goodness Cakes Bake Shop will be selling their delicious goods on the first level of the hall. Cash and credit cards will be accepted.
