Your Help Is Needed This Passover

Over the past few weeks, JFS has been collecting donations to purchase grocery store gift cards for those in need of food assistance this Passover. But we’ve come up short – more families have requested help than ever before.

Passover, which begins on Friday, April 15, celebrates the spirit of perseverance and community by reflecting on the journey toward freedom. The values and traditions celebrated during Passover remind us of the power we have when we come together to support each other.

Please donate today – your $70 gift helps feed two families in need this Passover. Donate online and indicate “Passover Drive" or call 732-777-1940 for assistance.

Thank you to Anshe Emeth Memorial Temple (AEMT) who partners with us each year to provide food essentials to families in need.

This year, AEMT collected donations to purchase and deliver gift cards to dozens of individuals in Highland Park, NJ. Thank you for your support, AEMT!

This year we are excited to send a shout-out to Dollar-a-Day Raritan Valley (DaDRV) for their support. DaDRV is an organization whose mission is to 'enable the community to easily perform the mitzvah of tzedakah every single day'.

We thank DaDRV for selecting JFS as a recipient organization.

We send a huge thanks to the students from Rabbi Pesach Raymon Yeshiva (RPRY) in Edison for helping out with our Kosher Meals on Wheels program last month.

The students delivered meals on our Edison and Metuchen route, bringing smiles to the faces of our homebound seniors.
