Henry A. Andrews and Jillian J. Bokey
have joined the firm as associates
Henry A. Andrews, Associate

Henry practices in the firm's litigation group. His litigation practice covers a broad range of commercial matters, including construction, government contracts and procurement, business dissolutions, insurance contracts, employment, intellectual property, and tort claims. 

Henry regularly appears in federal and state trial courts and before administrative agencies. He has argued cases before both Maryland appellate courts, most recently in Maryland’s highest court in Won Bok Lee v. Won Sun Lee, 466 Md. 601, 223 A.3d 478 (2020).

Henry received his J.D. cum laude from Washington & Lee University School of Law and his B.A. from Bowdoin College.

Jillian J. Bokey, Associate

Jillian represents developers, homebuilders, owners, and contractors in residential, commercial, and mixed-use real estate development projects, with a particular focus on transactions involving the formation of residential condominium and homeowner associations. 

Before becoming a lawyer, Jillian worked for a property management company where she negotiated contracts and managed homeowner and condominium associations.

Jillian is a 2014 cum laude graduate of the University of Baltimore School of Law where she served as Managing Editor of the school's Journal of International Law. She was a Student Fellow of the University of Baltimore's Center for International and Comparative Law, and a research assistant for two professors. Jillian received her B.A. from Penn State University in 2008.
